At Smileactives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brightening results. If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated customer care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your products, including any used or unused portions, in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using a traceable shipping method of your choice.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
